VIPOUTLET, as you can see by other reviewers as well, are scamming a large majority of their customers, either by just flat out stealing their money and not sending the product purchased, or by sending some item not even close to what has been described by them as sellers on their own website, eBay, Walmart, and who knows what other outlets.
I purchased a Lenovo laptop on 12/16/20 and cancelled my order within 3 hours of payment yet it is the end of January, and they have both the laptop And my $350 and they are in no rush to make things right. Or direct messaging them through eBay and it’s been one excuse after another.
I’m so tired of all the hours I have put into getting my money returned that I just want to quit but I refuse to let them get away with stealing my money. They persuaded me to close my dispute i opened with my bank (they said only if I closed the dispute could their system allow a refund to process), they insisted on requesting the USPS intercept the package which I had cancelled days before they shipped it only to find out that by having USPS intercept the package, it voided my ability to have eBay help get my money back, and told
Me that my refund had processed on 12/28 when In fact, no refund ever existed. STAY AWAY FROM VIPOUTLET. They will scam you, take your money, and will keep doing it until people start readng these reviews which all say the same thing. That is, these people Are shady and their intention is to rob you For whatever they can.
I ordered a refurbished laptop from walmart.com not realizing it was reburbish and also not realizing it wasnt from walmart originally, I rushed it thinking it was going out of stock soon on cyber monday, it had said I was going to recieve it by 3days , when I went to the tracking I was waiting on the day it had said I was going to recieve it which was on the 12/3 all of a sudden few days after it says shipment info has been sent to the fedex but that the package hasnt been sent yett to Fedex. I keep checking everyday to see if it changes but nothing has it stayed the same. I emailed them yesterday and today and still no response to cancel my order or to ask where is my order but nothing! Im starting to get worried and think its a scam.

If I could give a "0" I would. I bought a Samsung Galaxy A51 supported by Straight Talk through Walmart.com. Came quickly. On the box there is a label which, in part, says "BRAND NEW" and "FULLY FUNCTIONAL." We put a screen protector on it before activating it (clumsy husband). Couldn't activate it. Apparently, it was never swiped before it was sent out. I called customer support at VIPOUT and was told that I needed to return the phone because an activation code was not available. They are sending a label for return (am I out the screen protector? PROBABLY.) Why send a phone when you have no activation for it? This was a gift. Now I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Caveat Emptor! (Let the Buyer beware.)
I ordered one laptop from them using a 10% off code. It came quickly and in good condition, worked fine. I then ordered another laptop using the same code, which went through. However, I was charged the full price regardless and informed that the 10% off code is only intended to work on the first purchase. After talking to a rep, we cleanly resolved this issue and I ended up getting the 10% off the second item.
I have still taken off one star because I think that whatever is on their end in the website that causes coupons to occasionally function improperly is an important issue that should be fixed so people don't run into the same situation I did. But otherwise, I am very happy with the quality of my puchase and satisfied with their customer service.
Dishonest company I've had multiple orders cancelled because the item did not pass testing and ten same item is back on the site but priced much higher
I have placing orders on VIP - Outlet for 2 years and I enjoy this website for good prices I can't get at the store.
I had a good experience purchasing a Gaming PC and peripherals last year. However, it is frustrating that they list the PS5's retail value at $700+ and sell them for $700-800. The MSRP is $499. Marking up to $550-580 would be sensible to make money. However, scalping them is unethical.
I placed an order trough this website, a refurbished Ipad Pro. After been submitted the order, been charged by them I got an email requesting a photo of my id and card used for the transaction. I sent them by email and a few hours later they cancell my order. They play with yout time, your money and with your personal information with id photo and credit card.

No issues at all going through the website. This was the only place that sold the Nintendo Switch - Animal Crossing edition at a reasonable price online. I was completely satisfied with the quality of my refurbished unit. Thank you!
I purchased a computer from them with some of the advertised components removed. Someone not knowledgeable might have plugged their monitor into the available video port and had no Idea they were running on integrated graphics, while the GPU and some RAM were removed. They put in new expansion slot plates to cover where the GPU output ports were.
Order a brand new switch game from them through eBay, received a plastic case containing a piece of styrofoam with a printed picture of the game mimicking the look and size of a switch cart. what more suspicious is that VIP Outlet ask to get the forgery back. If it was a misplaced order or defective authentic item i could understand, but knowing it has no value and no use beside trying to fool a careless buyer it raise a major red flag. From my end it seem like someone has a clear dishonest intention.
A few years ago I had decent luck buying from VIP Outlet but the quality has plummeted since. This company buys bulk returns from large companies like Walmart and Amazon. They clean and check the items to be resold. I like the concept as a way to save money but lately, it far more hassle than it's worth - every item received is not suitable to be resold. Customer service is a hit and miss and most of the times they don't honor what they say...
I recently bought a item that is still registered/locked to another customer's account of which I can't unlink, rendering the item completely useless to me. On a different item, of a smart watch, the item has non-functioning "enter/back" button, rendering it not even possible to run the setup process, which again completely useless.
I think their quality check is no more than plug in power and if the item lights up, they get a pass to be resold... Items also often don't come with critical parts/accessories, like remote or power adapter.
I highly recommend you do not buy from VIP Outlet. The "good price" will end up to be nothing than hassles.

I purchased a 32" curved monitor. If it was used, you sure couldn't tell! It came in a box wrapped in more bubble wrap than you can imagine! Works perfectly and looks brand new!

The price was about $10 less than at other sites. However, it didn't come in the original box, which it stated but wasn't a big deal to me.

My 1st email I sent, they responded within an hour. The second email I sent was on Dec 26th, 2020. Since it's so close to a holiday, I know it may be a day to a week before I receive a response.
